How do I go to the bathroom in a Tuxy?
For the men’s Tuxy Suits there is a front zipper fly, but otherwise it’s a stripdown affair! We recommend unzipping and tying the arms around the front of your waist before pulling your Tuxy down.
How do I care for my Tuxy Suit?
All suits should be machine washed in cold water and hung to dry. To prevent any pilling on your suit, it should be washed with a gentle detergent in a smaller load of laundry.
How do I choose the right size?
In order to make sure you’re selecting the right size, we suggest measuring yourself and using our Fit Selector tool near the size selector on the product page. You can also look at the model comparisons on this page here. Tuxy Suits run slim so we recommend sizing up for comfort!
What is your return policy?
Your order can be returned up to 30 days after it is delivered using our easy self-serve return portal. Please review the full policy here: https://www.tuxy.co/pages/policy
Do I have to pay any additional duties/taxes?
International customers (outside of US) may be subject to paying additional taxes and duties upon delivery, depending on your country. Tuxy does not reimburse international customers for expected duties and taxes on shipments. You will be responsible for paying upon receipt of your order.

What is your price matching policy?
Price matching is only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Tuxy will honour any price difference shown on site, for the difference in discount percentage. No coupon stacking (e.g. purchased at 10%, new sale is 15%, so we will honour an additional 5% discount on your order). Our price matching policy does not apply to our Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
What is your promo code policy?
We reserve the right to give final word on the ability to combine or stack discounts. Not all promo codes can be stacked, and we run some promotions that supersede existing promo codes.
Fulfillment & Shipping
How long do orders take to be packaged and shipped?
All orders placed are fulfilled within 3 business days (this can increase to 5 business days during high volume times). Customers have the option of selecting from multiple shipping options at the time of checkout, and these shipping options state the number of business days to expect the order delivered within. Tuxy is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier or customs, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We offer shipping protection for a small fee for customers to add on to their orders at checkout to protect your shipment from loss, damage or theft. We encourage customers to purchase this protection to insure their package.
Do you ship internationally?
We have 2 fulfillment locations to serve our customers across US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU and UK. We ship all across Canada from this website, and we also ship to the US and internationally from https://www.tuxy.co/.
Shipment/Order Corrections
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is input at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or reroute a shipment after the order has been fulfilled. Tuxy is not responsible for any packages that we cannot cancel or reroute and is not responsible for ensuring a replacement is sent if an incorrect address was provided upon checkout.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct item is ordered upon checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to edit or cancel an order before it ships. If you need an edit or cancellation made to your order but it has already shipped by the time we respond, you will need to instead return the item for an exchange or refund after you receive the order.
International Duties & Taxes
Tuxy does not reimburse international customers outside of the US/Canada for expected duties and taxes on shipments. You will be responsible for paying upon receipt of your order.
